By changing the scale of the initial CONCORD concept from the SILENT FORCE series, the natural strength and integrity of the bronze material expand the alteration of masses and voids. Inescapable tunnels and bridges highlight the abstract curvilinear shape creating a harmonious and stable form. The golden edge accentuates the feeling of forward movement and peaceful energy within. Ultimately, the tilted angle reveals the artist’s empathic connection with the piece, since, in the same breath, it manages to connect the smooth and impenetrable surface to the feminine flow of energy which caresses the overall sensual form. Both the heightened scale and the black mat finish of CONCORD CONTINUUM imbue the piece with an alluring mystique, giving it an unforgettable sense of gravitas.
